Looking for an experienced Painter/ Maintenance to start IMMEDIATELY Property management company looking for a painter to paint apartments/ townhomes. Two units or more a day, working with a crew. Pay is hourly or $150.00 a day to start. Show me what you can do and it could change. Full time Monday- Friday start and finish the job as early as 7:00am - 5:00pm MUST BE RELIABLE- please don't waste my time Must have: own basic handy man tools: drill gun, chan locks, screw driver, mud knife, knife ect. own basic painting tools: paint sprayer, paint brush, rollers, masking gun ect. reliable transportation valid Drivers License Can do attitude Call us today, start tomorrow!!
