Sweet Adult Family Dog

Description

We have a very sweet dog that doesn't fit into our farm and needs a good home asap. He's an intact Australian Shepherd mutt mix. He's larger than a standard Australian Shepherd. His name is Bear and we are told he's about 3 years old and up to date on his shots. He's great around our young children, our other dogs and our other farm animals, just not our goats. He has a very mellow personality and, according to his former owner, has lived most of his life kennelled. He enjoys being outside but, generally, prefers to lounge around wherever people are. He doesn't seem like he's had much training but is trainable. Bear loves to be with people (especially children) and go for rides in the car. He rides very well and walks ok on a leash. He could use more training. Overall, he's a terrific dog but we just cannot trust him on the farm. We are asking a $200 rehoming fee or trade for a dairy goat doe. Email or text.
