farm hand needed to clean goat barn stall

I need someone to clean one 20 x 10 foot stall every ten days and a second stall,16x10', every 20 days. $40 for each stall each time. One stall typically takes me about 2 hours or less and I work fairly slowly To begin as soon as possible I'd do it myself but am overwhelmed with goat-related chores, I clean out the feed room which currently houses two goats daily and also have a chronic pain condition To be done between 1 pm and 8 PM (the time may gradually move up ) - Involves removing dirty bedding (pine shavings) by putting it onto a tarp (I use a snow shovel to do this and I also have various rakes) then dragging it 40 feet or less to dump. It usually takes me 4 tarp fulls but I can't carry much weight so it may take someone else 2 or 3, the stall that only needs cleaning every 20 days has a small door and thus it's necessary to take it out in more loads. As you clean you'll also need to sweep any remaining "stuff" into the shovel and take it out. The final steep is putting down new bedding, though I may be able and willing to do that myself part to most of the time There may be other labor type work as well from time to time if you're interested and qualified (being able to follow directions is essential) If you're and good with/kind to animals and interested you may also have the opportunity to get to know my dairy goats, how I care for them, etc, and, also, if interested, and if you can handle them, and I trust you enough with caring for them I also need someone(s) to take care of (and milk two of) them in emergencies, while I'm away or maybe on occasion when I'm having a lot of pain. They all get different food and varying quantities of feed, hay and alfalfa pellets and are separated into groups at feed times (twice a day_) Anyone with experience with kiddings, ie birthings (mine will be in Spring) might also be of great help If /when you contact me it may take me a day or two to get back to you.
