Tabby cat - super friendly, still has claws

We rescued this cat from an investment home we purchased (the tenant left the cat there). She has been spayed and recently gotten a rabies shot. She still has claws and we have her as an outdoor cat (bed set up in our sunroom which has outside access). She has killed a small bunny and thoughtfully brought it to us, lol. While she has been an outside cat, I think she'd be fine as an indoor cat (other than having claws). When we wanted to take her to the vet we closed the sunroom and put a box with sand in there which she used. No accidents. She is SUPER lovey. She would love nothing more than to sit on your lap and be pet. She rolls right over to have you scratch her belly. Asking for a $50 rehoming fee.
