Individual must be an organized, self-starter, who can complete tasks without direct supervision. Preferred skills would include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry. The ability to weld is a big plus. Must have a good driving record. No personal tools required. Smoke and drug free environment. Drug test upon hire; random thereafter.
