Property management company is seeking a maintenance technician for their St. Charles County apartment community and commercial sites. The maintenance technician oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, units, grounds, amenities, and common areas are kept in a clean, safe, and good functioning manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following, Ensure a timely completion of service requests Completing make ready turnover of vacant apartments Trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, grounds keeping, pool, light painting, light carpentry. Candidate will assist with snow removal and emergency on call duties Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any deficiencies or safety concerns Track and report inventory needs for supplies Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance to the maintenance supervisor Deliver notices to residents Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience EPA certification CPO certification preferred Proficient is all aspects listed above Ability to multitask and handle operational matters daily Assist and work at on site resident events (twice a year) Drive to 6 commercial sites to check vacant units and grounds (Once a week with mileage allowance) Display excellent verbal and customer service skills Responsible for emergency on call as needed (Every other week) High school diploma or GED Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401 K plan Pay twice a month Amazing co-workers Job Type: Full-time Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: • Saint Peters, MO 63376: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Schematics: 1 year (Required) • Customer service: 1 year (Required) License/Certification:
