General labor needed in lockwood

Looking for 2 to 4 guys or a subcontracting crew who works for themselves for a general labor steel building project for approximately one week possibly longer. Located in lockwood/arcola area. No specific experience needed but must be familiar with a construction site and the safety rules and requirements. And be okay with 20’ high in a scissor lift. No drugs no drama no bullshit and no know it all’s. Potentially looking for a crew who is open to traveling and doing more jobs in the future on their own under my company, after the right amount of training. Steel toe boots required and thin/fingerless gloves. must have appropriate clothing for the weather. 8 to 10 hour days with a lunch break prefer you bring your lunch so we don’t have to leave site as there aren't many local stores in the areas. Pay is 15 an hour for this job. Half Of what you were in each day is paid at the end of the day the other half tallies up and is paid out at the end of the job. This is to show you my good faith that I will not scam you out of what you earn and also ensure that you will return the next day so that the work is not halted because we are missing people and can’t complete the tasks.
