Have you always been curious about curling? Now is your chance to learn how to curl! CURLING MAKES THE WINTER SEEM TOO SHORT! DESCRIPTIONWere you inspired by the Olympics or have you always been curious about curling?  Now is your chance to learn how to curl!  Join us at our Spring 2021 New Curler Clinic! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are new to curling, we invite you to participate in our multi-session New Curler Clinics with other new curlers. The New Curler Clinics is a great way to learn the sport, with personalized instruction, in a supportive and non-intimidating atmosphere. The 2021 clinics will be held over three weekends and participants will sign up for either the Saturday or Sunday sessions: Saturday Sessions - February 6, February 13 and February 20, 2 – 4 PM Sunday Sessions - February 7, February 14 and February 21, 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM One registration covers attendance for all three weekends. Although signups are for either Saturday or Sunday, we will try to accommodate change requests (swapping a Saturday or Sunday for a weekend) as space allows. The cost to attend the New Curler Clinics is $80 and must be paid at registration. After completing the New Curler Clinics, you can decide if you would like to become a curler at Mayfield. You will then be able to sign up for other times in the second event. It is recommended that you attend all three clinics to sign up for the second event as a member of the curling club. In addition, if you become a member of the club, your $80 registration fee is applied as a credit towards equipment (shoes) or your cost of membership.
