We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety, such as painting, grounds care (mowing, trimming). Responsibilities: · Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.) · Undertake activities of pest control · Conduct general upkeep procedures (i.e., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) · Running for supplies and parts pickups · Loading and unloading trucks via forklift/skid steer · Tracking incoming product Skills: · Experience preferred, but not necessary – just have to be willing to learn · Working knowledge of tools · Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills · Good physical condition and strength We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
