Job Description: Now hiring a rigging foreman in Colorado Springs. Company will consider offering relocation for the right candidate or per diem until housing is obtained. Will be overseeing crew of 3-4 people to remove and emplace heavy items (like HVAC equipment, generators, medical equipment, and electrical switch gear cabinets) around construction sites using forklifts, gantrys, hydraulic jacks, dollys, and skates. Approximately 80% of work is done in Colorado Springs, with the remaining work being done in throughout southern Colorado. Schedule: The normal work week will be Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Occasional weekends or long shifts will be required (approximately one out of every 6 weekends), so must be flexible on schedule. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of rigging experience Must be able to operate forklifts with up to 80k capacity Take directions and follow hand signals from spotter Familiar using gantrys, hydraulic jacks, dollys, and skates Experience moving medical equipment, HVAC equipment, or electrical switch gear cabinets Leadership experience is a plus but is not required While not required, CDL A and certifications in forklift operating, hand signals, and rigging are a plus Pay: $30+, dependent on experience level.
