Experienced and non-experienced candidates are welcome. You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair. Most projects will be in the Raleigh area; occasional travel opportunities available. Starting pay will be based on relevant experience. Both 401k and Benefits available. Responsibilities: Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Employees are required to work a flexible work schedule, to include nights and weekends. Experience in painting and drywall installation/repair. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Benefits: 401(k) is offered either Jan 1 or July 1 (whichever is first after hire), Medical and Dental are offered 30 days after hire.
