Drilling Assistant Our team is looking for an applicant to assist the Drill Crew Chief in all aspects of Geotechnical drill rig operations including but not limited to: loading and unloading of equipment, routine general maintenance of rig and vehicles, logging of soil samples in the field. The applicant MUST HAVE a willingness to work early mornings, late evenings and occasional weekends as this job does require out of town travel. The job can be physically demanding and will require the applicant be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds dead weight and endure outside environmental elements such as heat. Qualifications: • One year experience as a Driller Assistant preferred, but will train. • Mechanical skills preferred. • Class A or Class B CDL license a plus. • Available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet client schedules. • Ability to lift drill pipe and materials weighing up to 80 lbs. • Must pass company background checks (including drug screening if requested). • Must have an excellent driving record
