Bass Player Looking for Cover/Bar Band Work

I am a very experienced bass player. I am looking for work in an established or fledgling cover, blues, or tribute band. I am not interested in metal or original music. I am looking to work with people who have an established set list based on actual commercial recordings. I am looking for a group where the guitarist actually learns solos. Where the singer and drummer know where the breaks in the songs are. The sort of band that can pick up one or two songs a week, without much rehearsal because we all agreed which recording or performance to learn and practice on our own. We can put together a full night's set list and then some to cater to the crowd. Does it exist? Are my expectations unrealistic? Let me know.
