Property Operations Manager - Management, Maintenance, and Operational Skills Property Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of maintenance of buildings and recreational facilities. Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues. Troubleshoot, perform repairs, and plan and schedule contractors when necessary. Qualifications: • 15 + years experience in property operations management and general oversight • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, groundskeeping, and electrical systems. • Management and oversight to make sure jobs are completed correctly and any potential hazards or warnings signs are not overlooked • Physical stamina to handle a full shift being active and working on the facilities • Must have a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) License • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the US • Must pass background check Full time position $19/hour +, depending on experience, and monthly gas allowance
