Physical labor (including but not limited to lifting up to 50lbs, bending, climbing up steps, stretching and squatting, carrying, repetitive movements with legs and arms) 1. Carpet cleaning 2. Upholstery Cleaning 3. Applying protective coatings to carpet and upholstery 4. Ceramic Tile and Grout cleaning and sealing 5. Odor treatments for carpet & upholstery 6. Communication with owners and customers on a regular basis 7. Using mobile devices to communication and enter information 8. Arriving on time to work and to appointments within scheduled window of time 9. Cleaning and maintaining professional appearance of company vehicle and all equipment 10. Assist on small repair or maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools 11. Pass proper inspection of completed work 12. Record keeping and processing paperwork 13. Attend all company meetings and discussions 14. Redo ratio on completed work not more than 2% in a month 15. Training of new employees performed according to the specific company plan 16. 95% complete satisfaction reported by all customers you provide service to 17. Other duties, including various projects, as requested by supervisor 18. Some evenings (past 6pm) and weekend work are required 19. Operate a company vehicle. Use tools and machinery to complete assigned work 20. Discuss and demonstrate, add-on products and services REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (machine use, interpersonal skills and physical aspects of the job) 1. Ability to operate standard basic machinery 2. Excellent customer service skills; ability to speak to all different personality types clearly in a friendly positive professional way. Must grant permission for a criminal background investigation ERGONOMIC REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50lbs, carrying, repetitive movements due primarily to cleaning work.
