Job Description:
· Follow work instructions per process book.
· Able to operate a trim machine.
· Visually inspect parts per the process book.
· Complete required production paperwork.
· Able to sort and rework trimmed die cast parts as needed.
· Must be mechanically inclined.
· Maintain clean and orderly work area.
· Such other duties as are assigned from time-to-time.
Job Expectations:
· Meet or exceed production targets (quoted rates) on a daily basis.
· Communicate problems with Supervisor and Die Techs.
· Be at work on time with a desire to perform to the best of your abilities.
Experience Preferred:
· Knowledge of basic math, reading and writing.
· High School Diploma preferred.
**$250 bonus at 60 days of perfect attendance, $250 retention bonus at 90 days, steel toe reimbursement of 50% up to $100, $130 prescription safety glasses allowance, benefit eligibility at 60 days, etc. Overtime eligibility on Fridays.**
Shift Timing:
2nd shift, 3pm-1:20am, Monday-Thursday (Friday's for overtime 1pm-9:20am)
Additionally, we are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician.
