Looking for someone for some yard work & more

This is a short term project with the possibility of more work. I am looking for someone who can help me with numerous projects around my house. I have some tree, weed bush trimming, some painting, some basic digging ( a few years of Cat scat) Some basic handy man easy work, assistance with some carpentry projects, sweeping, breaking down boxes, and help with other projects and odd jobs. I had someone but he kept flaking on me, or showed up drunk. I need someone reliable who can follow instructions, work off a list, comfortable with any kind of saw and power tools. Air sprayer for painting. I can provide all tools, however you are welcome to bring your own. No major lifting, however not for someone with bad back, knees, or arms. I will pay 15.00 per hour paid after every shift. usually 4 to 5 hours. I'm known to add on bonuses for good work. I'm also know to chase dishonest people off. I like to work evenings do to the heat, however can be flexible if you don't mind working in the heat., Must be ok on 6' ladder. I have around 20 hours of work, however would call for all future needs. Ill provide basic drinks and food. No Booze but happy to give a beer when shift is over. Smoking is ok outside. I'm easy going, just need someone honest to help out. Very hard to find but when i do, I will do my best to keep them.
