Timm Group is now hiring! LABORERS/OPERATORS: Construction Laborer/Machine Operators Needed. We are very busy and we are now hiring Team Members. The job duties of a General Laborer/Operator vary, sometimes even day-to-day at the same site. They may include: -Cleaning and preparing a jobsite -Digging and Trench work -Loading and Unloading materials -Using different tools and machines -Driving machinery -May use power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and other equipment. Requirements: Must be able to work outside for entire shift in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet) required. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Have Reliable Transportation. Full-time-From $15.00 per hour Experience(Preferred) COSTRUCTION FLAGGERS/Traffic Control needed! Previous experience a plus but not necessary. We will be looking for someone who can remain alert and active for long shifts. Responsibilities: -Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs, traffic cones, stop slow paddles, and rumble strips. -Communicate to ensure that automobiles and pedestrians do not interfere with or pose a danger to laborers and their projects. -Other job duties as assigned Requirements: Have Reliable Transportation Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain Be able to stand throughout your entire shift, hand and arm movement is required Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Full-time $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
