Description

Kaneohe townhouse community building maintenance team needs a person with some construction trade experience. This might be plumbing, window installing, masonry, roofing, solar, carpentry, drywall, painting or similar. Must be able to lift a 60 pound bag of cement mix, climb tall ladders and occasionally work on third story roofs. We provide tools and safety equipment. This is a permanent, full time, 40 hour per week position 8 to 4:30.
