Part-time superintendent position needed for 4 adjacent 3 story buildings with 6 residential tenants, 9 commercial tenants in Forest Hills, Queens ****PLEASE READ ALL PRIOR TO INQUIRING**** Duties would include: cleaning the common areas of the building every other week and communicating with management regarding tenant needs. -Must be honest, organized, experienced with NYC buildings, boilers, plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, small repairs & carpentry work -Must be punctual & responsive to text messages and phone calls -Own a reliable vehicle is a must -Preferable that the position is filled by someone who lives within 30 minutes of the properties -Background check, References required ***THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME - NOT A LIVE-IN POSITION*** Serious Inquiries, Please Call (516) 698-0035
