I got on at West 4th Street, got off at Chambers Street. We sat across from one another. You were sitting with a female friend.
Me: Short brown hair, clean shaven, blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, black book bag.
You: hair in ponytail, hoop earrings, pink nails, black shirt and shorts.
We shared a few quick smiles. I tried my hand at a quick knowing-yet-friendly smile, but me being uncharacteristically shy I then averted my eyes. I got off regretting not saying hello. Would love to meet up sometime to give you the hello I owe you and to maybe share another smile!
