Join Audrey Bernstein of Poker Hill Flower Farm for a class on edible flowers! We’ll enjoy a light vegetarian meal while we roll summer rolls, decorate cupcakes, and learn about the types and uses of these flowers. Audrey has been a private chief, founded Blue Bird Bakery in Los Angeles, creating cakes and cupcakes for the Hollywood elite, and had a cooking series on her previous lifestyle website Oh-Audrey. Class will be held outdoors, so please wear close-toed shoes and bring whatever you’ll need to be comfortable outdoors (clothing layers, sunscreen, a hat, etc.).
