Found - Orange VHS Case w/ items inside

I found an orange VHS rental case stuffed into the trashcan in front of the Bi-Mart on Pacific Avenue (address: 3225) today, around 2pm. The case has labeling that says "Porkys II: The Next Day", and the numbers "271" on the spine, and "Fairway Video" on the front. Inside are 9 items (that was everything it contained when I found it). I have a feeling it may have been stolen and abandoned. Some of the items inside seem to be quite valuable, and others seem more like keepsakes.
