Come cool down with us with SUP yoga! A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water! This class takes place at Berkeley Lake Park.
This pricing option includes a class, board, paddle, and a PFD (personal flotation device).
