Vish hails from the Indian state of Gujarat, but has lived in Oxford, Mississippi for the last two decades. He was named Best Chef of the South by the James Beard Foundation in 2019, and his food is bonkers good! Sweet tea brined fried chicken sandwiches, sweet potato turnovers, Indian beer and shot combo, clarified milk punch, an Indian style pimm's cup, Indian/Southern sweet tea cocktails, enchanting conversation, new friends for life, and signed cookbooks from the man himself.
