Two Movers/Van or Truck Needed for Move from Schaumburg to Chicago

… you don’t necessarily need to be a professional mover; simply handle matters in a professional matter. This would be for the morning of Monday, August 22. There is a bookcase, chair, filing cabinet, and household items, mostly in boxes (pictures furnished upon request). A mid-sized van or small truck would work well for this sort of thing. I doubt that a min-van would suffice. While a pickup truck might work, I’m concerned about rain and other challenges with that option. I would prefer a nondescript vehicle if possible and you can wear casual attire with no logos for this move. We would leave a facility near Schaumburg with an elevator and transit said material to a campus with a cart and elevator. Estimated to be a five-hour move, from 0530 – 1030. 0530 – 0730 Loading 0730 – 0900 Travel time from Schaumburg to Chicago 0900 – 1030 Drop-off of items. – Please bring two to three boxes, some garbage bags, and protective material in case it rains that day (I hope not. I dislike set times for moves, but no choice). If you have any way to keep clothing secure, I would be grateful. – I would prefer to ride with the crew, but can make other provisions if necessary. It is just easier for all involved. – The gig is estimated to be approximately five hours, but we can discuss anything that I left out in the itinerary. This assignment pays in cash, preferably, but other payment options can be reviewed if preferred.
