Window install helper wanted

In search of crew member for window installation team. Hours vary and some nights out of town are required. Hands-on training available, experience not required but is appreciated. Must be able to lift heavy objects and keep pace. Background check is required. Hourly pay weekly or biweekly, your choice. Subcontractor (1099) position. Reliable transportation required to meeting spot then carpooling to jobs is optional as some jobs will be further away within the state.
