Wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to sit on the floor, bring your own cushion if you like. If you bring a Yoga mat, please know space is limited and it may have to be folded or rolled at one end to allow space for everyone. There will be 4 floor pillows/cushons provided and six chairs for those who may have any physical limitations. Be sure to bring water and a beginners mind.
