Are you interested in taking martial arts but nervous to try out a class? Would you like to be in the best shape of your life? Join us Saturday Sept. 3rd for our FREE open house event to discover all the ways Premier Martial Arts can change you/your child's life. Listed below are our different events times and details. We have something for everyone! 11:00am - Fitness Workshop (If you are trying to get into shape Premier Martial Arts is the place for you! Ages 12+) 12:00pm - Karate for Concentration (This workshop is for kids ages 5-12. During this workshop students will get to learn some exciting martial arts and parents get to learn how we tie those martial arts movements to life skills and show the students how to use those skills in all areas of their life.) 1:00pm - Nunchuck Workshop (During this workshop you will learn some basic nunchuck skills and combinations. Nunchucks are one of many weapons we train with here at Premier Martial Arts. Ages 5+) 1:30pm - Refreshments (Of course we are going to host you with some refreshments and snacks. This is your time to get to know the staff, sign up for our special offer and ask any outstanding questions you may have about Premier Martial Arts!) 2:00pm - Adult Self-Defense Workshop (If your looking to learn some techniques to defend yourself and your family and want a social belonging this is the perfect workshop for you!
