KILLINGTON RESORT (1st & 3rd Day) We are going to Killington - the biggest & best ski resort in Northeast. Ski season starts early at Killington, and they usually open ride in either late October or early November (earliest in the east coast), mostly the first to open in the Northeast. Killington is also one of the best ski resort at making snow. Improvements & capital projects: * New Snowdon 6-Person Bubble Chairlift* New & Improved K-1 Gondola:  includes new cabins, new cabin storage facility, new haul rope and improvements to loading area* New RFID Gates* Terrain Improvements: building bridges and tunnels to help improve flow* Lift service returns to the South Ridge with the refurbished Snowdon Quad. SUGARBUSH RESORT (2nd Day) Sugarbush was recently voted #1 in the East, and #2 in North America by USA Today readers. USA Today Reader' Choice Award - In the category Best Ski Resort.http://www.10best.com/awards/travel/best-ski-resort-2016-2017/ Sugarbush, located in Northern Vermont's Mad River Valley, is one of Vermont's favortie ski areas. Sugarbush consists of two mountains, Mt. Ellen and Lincoln Peak, and is home to more than 4,000 acres, with nearly 600 skiable acres plus 2,000 acres of backcountry skiing in the Slide Brook Wilderness area. "The 'Bush" has beginner terrain (20%), Intermediate (45%) and advanced to expert (35%) accessed via 16 lifts that provide the area with a 25,463 person uphill capacity. This trip is Ikon Pass friendly (Ikon Base Pass is good only on Jan 1st & 2nd, and NOT good on Dec 31st since it is a blackout date). LODGING We will be staying in a big vacation house with mountain view, 5 bedrooms, 9 beds (3 queen/full beds , 6 single beds, 1 sofa bed), 2.5 baths, kitchen, and 2 living rooms. We will max out at 13 people. The house is 15 minutes to Killington Resort. Features: Mountain view, indoor fireplace, patio or balcony, free WiFi, TV, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, heating, washer, and dryer. Essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper. If you are coming with your friend, please indicate your friend/roommate's name when booking. If you come alone, we will match you with same gender trip goer. We will also have a  Benz Sprinter van so everyone can relate and avoid 5 hours-long drive.  Trip plan email will be sent out to everyone confirmed via Eventbrite 2 to 3 days before the departure date providing trip logistics and details.
