To celebrate the upcoming launch of Rise Up Flowers, a company dedicated towards empowering individuals to follow their true, unique paths through therapeutic and creative flower play, we are pleased to invite you to a private celebratory floral workshop. Join us Saturday, August 20th for an inspiring floral demonstration by Lisa Composto, artist and founder of Composto Fiori (soon to become Rise Up Flowers), followed by 2 hours of empowering flower play. $90 Workshop seat includes: floral demonstration and design guidance all materials/supplies, and of course, plenty of flowers for each guest to design their very own gardenesque masterpiece in an artful vesselcomplimentary glass of prosecco and light bitesAddress: 252 Malone Street, Houston, Texas 77007 Building: charming, light yellow Victorian style bungalow PLEASE USE BACK ENTRANCE - we will be designing in the front room and I want to be cognizant of our A/C :) . Take the driveway to the back of the house, and use the ramp to access the back door, which will be unlocked for you. The ramp has some uneven planking, so please watch your step! Parking: Please make use of the small gravel lot in front of the house. Parking in the lot is limited, so once it's full, you may park in a row in the driveway or find available street parking (near Lacy/Malone there is plenty of open street parking). What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. We will be standing/designing for a majority of the workshop, so comfortable and support footwear is encouraged !
