Avila and the Magic Glasses is a bilingual Spanish book whose story is inspired by the majesty of the Waraira Repano, the Avila mountain in Caracas, Venezuela. A book full of magic that will teach children to care for and love nature, exploring flora and fauna of this beautiful Venezuelan mountain. The purpose is to give the children of Venezuelan immigrants a glimpse of their own country, which they can hopefully visit soon. The author will read Avila & The Magic Glasses in Spanish and English versions with a special guest, her niece Nicole Marcano.
