On The Heritage farm, Flower farming creates habitats for birds, bees, butterflies, and other beneficials. Regenerative farming focuses on feeding the soil, using nature's methods to create a healthy micro-biome which in turn feeds the plants using biology, not chemistry. On the farm mini draft horses, mini-jersey milk cows, chickens all play their part. All organic! Enjoy a 2 hr visit to the farm, 1 1/2 hr tour and the opportunity to see the beautiful results. A very low-key event with a bit of education included. Buckets of flowers will be available to purchase, at the end of your visit. This is a real working farm... No fancy clothes, wear good walking shoes, water, and consider bringing a hat. Tour starts at 10 am so come 15min early to park and get the lay of the land! No pets, Children welcome, under parent's close supervision. Tours only on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays, until the first hard frost (mid-November). Limited to 20; under 14 do not need tickets.
