Failure to meet this requirement shall result in denied entry into the Venue; no refunds COVID Refund Policy - The FINAL SALE and Non-Refundable ticket policy will remain in effect as long as the event takes place. However, if due to COVID concerns, a local, state or federal government body with the authority to issue mandates locally causes an event to be completely closed down, under these circumstances customers will be notified of the closure of the venue and their tickets will be refunded.
