FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION LEAD CREW TECHNICIAN SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Lead Crew Technician is responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals and product manuals to properly program and verify new systems Oversee and ensure proper completion of work assigned Communicate systems performance to customer to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations with FASS. QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires experience and knowledge related to installation of fire alarm systems. Candidates should have experience with NFPA 72 and NFPA70 as they relate to the system installation of fire alarm and basic electrical systems. Possess knowledge of computer programming and technologies related to fire alarm, security and other low voltage systems Ability to read schematics and follow written direction while working under minor supervision of project manager Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with customers and employees at all levels of the organization Demonstrate and uphold all of FASS's core values, which include Intelligence, Initiative, Integrity, Teamwork and Growth. Job Requirements: • REQUIRED Minimum 3 years’ experience of installation, service and inspections of Fire Alarm and associated systems. • Basic computer knowledge • Exemplary customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must read and speak English – Bi-lingual a plus • Strong Time Management Skills • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized • Must have clean driving record and a valid Florida Driver's License • FASA/BASA Certification a + • Honeywell FCI experience preferred – Factory Certification a + • Strong knowledge of electronics and associated circuitry and troubleshooting. • The position requires excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete forms/documents and read/comprehend drawings and schematics. • The ability to work flexible schedules is required in order to meet customer requirements. • This position will be expected to interact and communicate in a professional manner not only within the organization but also with customers. • Must have clean DL • Ability to pass pre-employment & random drug screening • Background Check Required Benefits available : 401K
