Description
On sunday, a lady pulled out in front of me and I thought I avoided hitting her. She stopped and was shaken up, but I didn't get her info. Today, I saw on my front bumper that it did get scratched after all and I somehow didn't feel it at the time. I'm taking a shot in the dark to reach this person and hope they do the right thing in taking responsibility for the damage. Any help would be appreciated.
