Description: This role provides a unique opportunity to manage two gas stations in Fort Lauderdale and earn an above average compensation. You will receive training and coaching from the operator until you reach full confidence and expertise to operate independently. Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and pass a background check. Skills: • Leadership & management skills • Ability to lift 25+ lbs • Strong communications skills • Excellent customer service skills Expectations / Responsibilities: • Must be able to be flexible to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed – you will be ‘on call’ 24/7 • Open communication with operator • Cashier / register + fill in for employees who are unable to complete their shift • Merchandise shopping • Theft prevention through camera livestreams and reviews • Inventory replenishment • Recruit, hire and train staff • Manage staff schedule • Maintain cleanliness of gas station • Maintain strong relationships with vendors Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $2,000-$4,000 monthly • Incentives to be discussed • 2 weeks/10 working days of paid vacation • Additional benefits to be discussed 9548732394
