Assistant Superintendent/Quality Control for a growing construction company specializing in custom homes and custom renovations. The Ideal candidate will show initiative, have the ability to multitask, be drama-free, have a great attitude, and the ability to communicate between the subcontractors, job sites, vendors and municipalities. Responsibilities would include checking on job sites, updating owner, checking in with subcontractors, purchasing and delivering items to job sites completing daily task lists, preparing and managing inspections and working with office staff to keep accounts on track. This position would be a great fit for those wishing to start out in the construction industry and learn the ropes. There is opportunity for growth in the company. The job does require heavy lifting and reliable transportation for materials to and from job sites. Paid vacation/ holidays. Truck/Cell/Health insurance compensation to be discussed at interview.
