Immediate opening for an outstanding maintenance technician at Schooner II Beach & Racquet Club Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Ideal candidates will possess a work history in resort operations, familiarity with aspects of multiple trades, and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences to our owners.
Positional duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining all guestroom and public spaces - changing filters, replacing caulk, light tile/grout repair, door locking mechanisms, etc.
- Inspect grounds for pest intrusion, conditional deficiencies, or potentially hazardous conditions.
- Ensuring a positive vacation and ownership experience through the delivery of thoughtful, anticipatory, and genuine service.
- Provide concierge-like assistance, demonstrating substantive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events, and more.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance protocols to include but not limited to: sheetrock repair, plumbing inspection, appliance mechanical services, etc.
- Embody a "one resort, one team" mentality, supporting interdepartmental functions as needed.
