Afrobeats & Heal with #MorningHealers was curated for locals and visitors at beginning of their wellness journey looking for a community of nonjudgmental, likeminded men, women and nonbinary. Hosted by a plus size Black female, this experience is a welcoming safer space for all sizes/body types. This community session includes intro to deep breathing, gentle stretching and pre-recorded guided meditation/affirmations and healing conversations that last approximately 60-75 minutes.
Meditation in nature benefits include:

Reduces the symptoms of PTSD
Helps to manage and decrease anxiety
Cultivates compassion for Self and others
Breaking generational choices
Great for parents, team building, entrepreneurs, community organizations, etc. Afrobeats & Heal will be fully refunded in the event of rain on the day of your session. Please bring blanket or mat (optional), water, and comfortable clothing.
