Looking to hire someone for : 3 Night Music Festival- Country Music's hottest stars Location: 4066 Pea Ridge Rd. Mill Spring, NC 28756 Dates: 8/25- 8/27 Hours 3pm- 11pm or maybe until 2am each day Needing a reliable/ energetic person with prior cooking experience using commercial equipment. Experience should include the following; • Experience working in a fast pace environment • Experience with commercial deep fryers and flat-top grill • Great attention to detail • Able to multi-task • Knowledge of all Serve Safe guidelines regarding maintaining sanitation • Experience plating food As of now, I'm hiring just for this one event but I'm currently booking many more events for the year.
