Tony is lost

Tony is a small black lab mix (41Lbs). thin white stripe on his chest. Blue collar with tag that has his name and our phone number. He is very shy and will likely only come to strangers if he is starving but if seen we can come with his brother and coax him out. Not aggressive at all. He is chipped #98209106485685. We think he is hiding under someone's shed or deck and they don't even know he is there. Please keep your eye out, his brother is depressed and not eating.
