Royalty Construction corp is the start-to-finish window and patio door replacement company. We are looking to add the right person to our dynamic and growing Operations team! An Installer ensures work site set up, performs the basic routine of window or door installations and removal, performs work site tear down and cleanup of the entire job site in accordance with Royalty Construction corp guidelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down. • Installs window and door products • Collaborates with the Lead Installer or the Field Technician • Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations. • Plans continual self-learning and development of skills. • Adheres to proper safety techniques QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS -General carpentry experience. -Working knowledge of hand and power tool - Climb ladders over second floor - Own basic tools: Utility Knife, Tape Measure, Tool Belt - Good communication skills and a customer service - Ability to work around the Denver Metro area - Must have a valid driver's license Start time to work is: 8:00am day shifts, Full-time Physical Demands: These physical demands are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires the Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, hear audible warning signals, walk and stand on uneven surfaces, lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Ability to Operating equipment may require dexterity to push, pull, climb, bend, twist, turn, reach, etc. be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments, and work well within a team.
