We are looking to hire qualified personal to our landscaping install team. Start from the ground up with no experience or bring your experience with you and start somewhere in the middle. We like to promote from within the ranks and the only limit to your success is you. Grow as slow or as fast as you want, we pay based on what you can do, not how long you have been with the team. Our services include: removal/hauling, grading, drainage, edging, rock/mulch, irrigation, sod, walls, patios and planting. Starting pay is $18 with no skills and only goes up based on skills and ability to perform. If you have a DL, clean record and can drive a truck and dump trailer your starting pay is $19-20 to start. For each one of the services you can master you will get paid and additional $1-2, again, you ability to make more is based on your ability to learn and execute like a professional.
