He will explain the legal requirements in Pennsylvania that allow someone to use force to protect themselves or their loved ones. Additionally, he will explain when escalating levels of force can be used justifiably under Pennsylvania law. He will also discuss topics such as the "totality of the circumstances" and what "reasonable" means in a legal context. This event is free for US Law Shield members and club member.
