I need strong help with loading and unloading

Moving out of the shared home. Most things are going into storage, at a U-haul in Murfreesboro (on Beasie Rd). I will be also be moving several things to a townhome in Murfreesboro. I need help for a few hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I will need help with the big items next week. Do you know how to safely unhook a washer and dryer? How to CAREFULLY load them onto a truck? If so, they will be need to be loaded next week (I will probably rent a truck for next week). ***I will be at the Beasie Rd. U-Haul at 10 AM tomorrow AM***.
