Vinco, Inc. is a rapidly growing telecommunication tower construction contractor. We are seeking an experienced, certified, and licensed NCCCO – TSS Crane Operator for our Las Vegas, NV location. Candidates must live in the Las Vegas area to qualify for the position. This person will operate a Fixed Cab Boom Crane for constructing telecommunication towers and other projects. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: • *Must have NCCCO Certified Operator License – Telescopic Boom Crane - Fixed Cab -(TSS) * • Ability to read, understand, and speak English • Requires minimum 1-2 years Crane operation background, dual performance lifts, and man basket work, with wireless telecom, preferred • Requires valid CDL driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to acquire a DOT Physical card (Company pays for 1st Card) • Must be willing to work day or night schedules • Must be able to do simple maintenance on the crane • Must be willing to work overtime • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Must be able to complete a job safely professionally and effectively. • Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Must be able to do a pre-trip walk around. Environment: 100% of work is performed externally, on-site, and outdoors, with exposure to the elements of nature working under normal construction conditions.
