Great opportunity available for an experienced Maintenance Technician (Fresno, Hanford, Visalia) Local property management company is looking for an experience maintenance technician vendor. If you have 1-2 years experienced fixing and working with apartments and houses as listed below, then this could be the job for you. We're looking to hire an independent contractor who can do the following work: Qualified applicant must have Experience in the Following: -General apartment maintenance skills to include * Must have 1-2 years experienced * Electrical, carpentry, grounds/landscaping, * Remodeling - Kitchen, Bathroom and Plumbing * Counter top installation with experience in all counter top surfaces, (ex. Ceramic, Granite) * Appliance repair and installation * Heater and boiler repair * Installing tile in shower area * Interior and exterior painting * Experienced turning vacant units Qualified and interested individual must submit a resume on this ad.
