Found a GSD in the area of Taylor Ranch rd. And the Homesteads. Dog is extremely thin and dehydrated. No collar. Will check for chip tomorrow. Walked neighborhood and asked at local shops/gas stations. Dog is being kept safe. Please contact if this is your dog!
