Hi! I am looking to hire a someone with experience with BMW for just a one-time quick work order, not a constant flow of jobs. I have a couple of small repairs I need on my older rig: 2007 BMW X3 Issue #1: no wiper washers Blades are new and operate, front & back. I have diagnosed with multimeter both front & rear washer pumps need replaced. I have lots of washer fluid & the pumps ready for install. I just need your estimate on labor - flat rate is 0.5 hours. Issue #2: coolant leak ONLY while driving Verified leak coming from coolant reservoir tank which leaks only when under pressure. I have the new part ready for install plus new Pentosin coolant/antifreeze. I need your estimate on labor - flat rate is 0.5 hours + I do not have any way of catching any fluid if it needs to be drained to install the part Issue #3: brake rotors are lipped, pads are worn I have new slotted rotors plus pads sets for front & rear ready for a very easy-off, easy-on installation. Brake fluid has been recently drained, it does not need to be drained or bled. NOTE: the coolant repair is needed immediately, the washers are just annoying & the brakes will last until next Spring easily. Thank you in advance for your help, my budget is very tight unfortunately, like most people I'm living check-to-check but I need my car not to breakdown. I got it when my stepMom died of cancer & I would like to get at least 2 more years of use. I'd like to get the coolant repair done this week if not next week, I can wait on the brakes job. I will pay whomever does the work via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or cash money in your hand. Work can be done anywhere, I prefer it be done close to my place (see the Location Info).
